John Carson

John Carson

Managing Partner

John has more than 25 years of experience in tax, accounting & finance, and underwriting. He has held management roles at several large firms including SunTrust Bank, GE Capital and KPMG, where he worked in the firm’s Atlanta, London and New York City offices. John was a Director with Monarch Private Capital, responsible for Public Policy & Business Development.  He also serves as a State Representative in the Georgia General Assembly, first elected in 2011. 

John holds a BBA in accounting from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is an active CPA licensed in Georgia and a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Georgia Society of CPAs, AICPA, and the MUST Ministries Board of Directors.

Managing Director

Eric offers 25 years of experience in wealth & investment management, treasury & liquidity management.  He held critical senior leadership roles with leading asset management & wealth advisory firms RBC Wealth Management; Charles Schwab; SunTrust; GE Capital; Citigroup – Salomon Smith Barney, and Oppenheimer Funds.  As a National Sales Manager for multiple affinity credit card firms (MBNA America, Citibank, N.A., and GE Capital), Eric offered consultative business development and strategic account management that enables him to blend technical and operational guidance into new markets and product innovation.

Eric’s bachelor’s degree is in Political Science and Economics from the University of Delaware.  In 1999, he earned his FINRA licenses - Series 7 and 63.  He is an active member in SIFMA Asset Management Roundtable, serving 3x as Co-Chair.   Eric has been a routine speaker at the Crane Data’s Money Market Symposium and Money Fund University offering industry insights on treasury markets, bank deposits, and money market funds. 

Eric lives outside of the Atlanta Metro Area with Lisa and their three Nederlandse Kooikerhondjes.
